It was pretty amazing to see him attending to something besides neons. Gave him a few pointers like checking the ratchet before putting it behind the motor. Overall it was a good thing.
Soon, those numbered plug wires will be coming off and get replaced with ones that don't tell you were they belong.
Quick assessment while driving with him..there'* a wheel bearing humming along pretty loudly and possibly a bad ball joint.
Scott...we went to a yard to get springs and the infamous Majestic Teal car that so many of us have parts from is gone. We'll have to get springs somewhere else.
It'* funny....He'* even leaving his keys in the car when it'* in the garage. This is something I always do.

It'* a slippery path you've just entered. Now that you've successfully changed those plugs, your confidence will improve. Next thing you know, you'll find yourself swapping motors with Bill and calling it fun. It'* just sick...sad really...lol. :P
I mean, did you read Bill'* post above? Already there are other maintenance things to do. There'* the wheel bearings and the ball joints..no telling what else. You're doomed, DOOMED I say...

That'* what you hear when the car is moving. Car sounds like an airplane with that wheel bearing.
Mike..he won't willingly change the wires....What other choice to do you have when you find the hood up and a couple missing?
He can't stand the clunk of something..I called it ball jloint..but we haven't diagnosed it yet. Maybe tonight.
