Default Replaced Windshield, Seals Not Fitting Right

I had to have my windshield replaced. I took the car home, and I noticed the black trim around the sides of the windshield bow up, they don't sit flush with the glass. They are screwed in tight, and didn't do it before. Will they settle down in a few days?

I just had mine replaced also and it all fit correctly right away.
The side pieces are screwed in to the pilar (you can see when the door is open). Did they not get installed BEFORE the bottom collar piece? I think they should sit under that bottom piece.
The top moulding has to get replaced with the windshield because it is glued in with the windshield.
