cleaning the lenses in the fog lights? they are grimy and little light comes out...

Replace them is best. But if you do decide to clean them, I'd use something MILD. Try some mild dish detergent and warm water with some uncooked rice as an abrasive. Swirl them around.

If the reflective backing to the housing starts to deteriorate, replace the lights.

alright now ho do i go about removing them? whats the screw thing with the srping on it?

That'* the adjuster. You want to remove the whole bracket. Three 10mm nuts attach it to the front fascia.

theres enough room to get in there without taking off the front bumper
