Bill, in reference to your PM, those aren't scoops on the hood. That pic is with the hood protector on. Those are the 'tabs' on it.
That'* a 2 or 3 year old pic. My hood is blistering and peeling on the clearcoat right now.

Those aren't scoops in that pic above. They're part of the hood protector (shorty bra).
