Our 84 Buick never had this issue and the interior was like new when we sold it . Honestly , I've got to say that I won't buy another Pontiac . I've been on some other forums such as Buick Regal and haven't seen posts about leaking doors like I do on this forum . Pontiac must've had some defective rubber compounds or something . But , of course , I can't say in all certainty that other cars don't have leaks too . I just have never encountered it before to this degree . Otherwise , this car has been pretty good mechanically and dependability -wise . I do love the 3800 and have been looking at later model Regals . I didn't even know those came with the supercharger and am leaning toward getting one of those . Yes , it'* not as good looking as a the Bonnevilles but honestly I don't want to risk going through this again . What could I expect to pay for new seals at the dealer ? I've asked before on the forum where might be the best place to buy aftermarket door seals and have never gotten an answer . The ones they sell at JC Wjhitney all look so generic . I don't trust them . Any suggestions ? At this point , I just want to replace the front door seals . The rears don't seem to be leaking since repositioning . THANKS !!
