Default how to get out a smudge

the othernight i took a turn a little to fast and mysteriously some blue-green paint from a sign got smudged on my ground effects and bumper, does anyone know of a good product and where i can get it that would get rid of the paint smudge.
p.*. it sure doesnt help that my car is bright white

Rubbing/polishing compound may be best. I'd hesitate to use any type of chemical stripper.

Bug and tar remover. We had red paint on our white Bonnie'* bumper from someone else'* car who must have scraped us in a parking lot...it took it right off (with a little elbow grease of course). Just follow the directions on the bottle; it works wonders.
