Default Paint Sprayer/Air compressor

What is the best Compressor to use for a spray gun that requires max of 43 PSI? I have a 3 gallon 100PSI 3 HP compressor, would thid this work for painting a car??

Sorry for writing on my own post but Would a Showtime 90 HVLP Turbine Unit with ProLine Paint Spray Gun be the best unit that I need for to paint a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville? Plus how much paint would it take to paint the Bonneville. Also has anyone Sprayed a car in there garage before. Masked everything around the car with tarps. I have enough room to give me room to move around and have 3-4 feet inbetween the car and the tarp. I have done this with small motorcycle plastic parts from a 2007 Buel but that was minimal to what Ill be spray painting here. Any advice??
