Default Have You Ever Gotten Bored With Your Bonnie?

Hey guys

I'm curious, have you guys ever gotten bored with the Bonnie and wanted to sell it for something more exciting or nicer etc? I know Rogue is definitely not bored with his.

But seriously have you?

I have. Some days I despite the car so much I want to kill it, the aftermarket is not as large for the L36 (granted there'* some but they're pricey except for the CC) then the next day I love it

How about you?

Definately. It'* slow, gets sub-20mpg around town (thanks, GX3), and has some rust. But I love it.

It'* definately also not why its for sale... :(

I think we have had our days. Most days it runs real good and she takes me for a good ride an all, but those other days, something happens and I am no longer motivated to drive her.
Yer right, not much of a market for us 3800 guys. Alcohol would be cool though.

I should clarify that I do love mine, just that some days I want to trade the Bonne in for something different. But today I do not!

Man, you hit the nail right on the head. You described my car. LOL

I won't sell it though. It'* worth more to me than anyone else. If I tried selling it right now I could probably get $2500 out of it. Tops. I'll get another 100,000 miles out of it and then turn it over to someone for a few hundy. Nursing it along the way, of course.

Our Bonnie has definitely seen better days... Paint is all chipped, eats through UIMs and LIM gaskets, tranny slips like a mo fo, a/c is weak, suspension is shot, seats are worn, key fobs don't work, windshield is cracked, and it creaks like an old grandma!
