Default mx-6 thought those were quick

I was driving though town yesterday and this little mx-6 come up beside me and guns it takes off and I don't have any emblems or anything that says SSEI so I don't think he knew so I kinda stalk him for about antoher 2 miles or so(i was going that direction anyway ) The whole time I wasa being very careful to watch for cops they have a new station to pay for so they are everywhere.... SO i finally get him at a light at the same time... he is revving his engine to about 20,000 rpm it sounds like so I switch on perform. shift turn on the traction control and drop it into first....the light changes and he floors it I mean he hits it hard he spins tires for a second and I felt like this was a handicap race so I waited a sec. then floored it it broke traction and straightened itself out real quick and I was gone I got even with him while still in first and had him by the time I shifted to third. of couse I then slowed rolled down my tinted windows let him pass as I laughed at him....
later

Good job, another tally for a bonne, although when you were getting ready to race you didn't really need to put it into performance shift if you are going to start in first, if you are shifting when you want to there is no purpose for performance shift, but nice kill none the less

The V6 stock MX-6s have some decent power, 164 hp.
However the V4 has considerably less power, 116 hp.
Both these engines are installed in Ford Probes.
