Any further reference to the otherwise will be deleted. Any further flames will be deleted. Consider this a warning to all who have posted here. I have NEVER banned a person on this club. I hope I don't have to. We have a totally different atmosphere here, and it deals with mutual respect. We don't allow the personal attacks that ClubGP does, and our members like it that way.

If you can't treat others with mutual respect, then other options will be explored.

I have personally edited or deleted posts in this thread to tone it down. Personal attacks have been removed, most of your 'facts' have been retained. Some of our members are also editing their own posts. Tone it down.

NO MORE FLAMES. Just understand, that I'VE personally seen the evidence of Comp'* 13.99, and have a pretty good idea how he'll get to 13, and I've also seen the evidence of Turtle'* 355 hp. If that'* not good enough for you, keep it on ClubGP. You'll have to start a new thread. The old one is locked for the same reason this one should be, and will if it doesn't cool off.

Scott Cook and Zoomer are already aware of one of the cars you're talking about (I know for sure that Scott is, and pretty sure Zoomer is). Don't make asses of yourselves, or any other person.

My finger is now hovering over the lock button.
Heh. Sorry willwren, post problem.

What I meant to say, was that people just want to know what mods made those times possible. Other members here have just said "look at the mods", then you say there are mods not listed. That'* what has caused contoversy. People know that those times aren't possible with just the mods listed. I sure would like to know what all was done to that NA engine to accomplish those times.

I'm happy to be a member on this forum and I'd be happy to share any info people might want about my car and the work I've done.

Congrats on some great times.

This thread has now resulted in a Ban. Before I lock it, let me ask a few new members what they would have thought if they came over here and heard about a Bonneville running in the 11'*? Bullshit? Hmmmm....I also hear references to Scott pulling his mill out of the Bonnie and dropping it in a GTP. I would too if someone told me to put a roll cage in my new Bonneville.

The point here is that you guys respect Scott, and believe him, even though you've probably not personally seen all of his timeslips or dyno sheets, let alone the BADSSEI itself. The same will hold true for Complinitor and Turtle. Don't come over here making bullshit calls unless you KNOW it'* bullshit. If you haven't seen their cars, or run against them, keep it on a civil level.

Best of luck to Scott and his BADGTP efforts. And to Turtle and Complinitor, the fastest NA Bonnevilles anywhere.......and faster than more than a few GP'*.

I'm unlocking this only for as long as it takes Drifter to post his thoughts. He PM'd me a bit ago, and had some very good points to make. I felt it was in the best interest of this club to hear what he has to say.

Take it away, Murdock:

Well.. I find it very inmature and uncalled for to make comments of personal attacks since it'* not related to this topic at all ( humm.. DOMESTIC RICE behaviour syndrome?? ha ha ha.. ). It seems people have personal issues of self image and esteem problem to make UNFOUNDED attacks on people which they've never met. It appears to all that there is no proof for those aqusation and is simply changing topics cause of self denial of personal issues that they should resolve before pointing the fingers at others. This is a car forum ( and it seems others have taken it out of proportion to make it a personal attack on others instead of dealing with their own problems.. the old saying of "The world is wrong, and I'm right" comes to mind ) along with having to have others to help you with the ridiculous accusation seems even more proposterous into backin the idea of self esteem issues. That said that this is a car forum and for me to say this may seem hypocritical, but had to be said. ( It also helps when you're close friends of 4 psychologist ).

secondly, yes it would be nice to share the mods they have done with all others, but at the same time RIGHT TO PRIVACY act that our fore fathers have fought so valiantly for seems to be put into jeapordy of. After all, it was their time, money, sweat, and blood put into their R & D to further improve their cars, and should be up to their discretion on whether they want to share or not. FREEDOM OF CHOICE . and do you think everyone would want to work for free? ( most of us with jobs/career ) have a specialized trade that they know that they get paid for. Would anyone want to work for free, or give out their secrets on work related or personal life issues out to the public? I think not, so their reasons for not sharing all should be respected for. Again, it would be nice if they share, but up to them if they want to or not.

Thirdly, to jump the gun and say that'* not possible is popostorous (sp? ). ( remember the man will never fly or the world is flat and thats that? ). Anything is possible with the right set of mind, devotion, and money. so jumping to conclusion just show the inability to think things through. Turtle and Complinitor have done those time ( and you really think the administrator and moderators would say so too if they haven't seen the slips themselves? After all they represent this club and I ( along with all of us here ) trust their ability to do a good job and give right information to us all. ). Everyone is capable of ramblin on unfounded rumors and all especially when they have nothing at stake. Would people be so quick to jump the gun if they say that they can do those times and if they do, they have the slips to your car? Guess people would actually think before they speak then. Would people be ADULT enough when proven otherwise to make public apolagize then? or maybe a bet that says the loosing side have to have in big Decal in the back stating "I'm a Big Fat ****" ? ha ha ha.. the last part is just a joke.

I've been to ClubGP and posted there before (i.e. the one about Bonnie Vs GTP for instance )( much to be dislike of Muffin )
Similar post have been locked in ClubGP'* website cause of unecassary and unfounded misinformation along with groundless remarks, so we at BC wouldn't tolerate this kind of behaviour either. ( and Kudo'* to our Admin, and Moderator for the good job and keepin it that way ). It then leads me to wonder if those people that start Controversy in other forums are simply banned or show thier true selves elsewhere? Humm.. sounds like Sherlock Holmes might be keepin a close eye on this..

Most importantly.. I feel bad for the original guy who started this post askin a simple question
