Forgot to introduce myself
Hey all......great site.
My name is John im 31 years old married( ) with 2 kids.
I work for Lexus bodyshop in NY.
Before the bodyshop I worked for Progressive insurance.
This is my first Bonneville.
I really have to say that I cannot understand how bonnevilles are not the most popular car on the road.
I have owned Lexus'* that didnt drive as nice or have as many options for luxury.
I dont see many Bonnevilles on the road.
I find it really wierd as the seats and ride is 10 times better then any luxury car I have driven and the kicker is Bonnevilles have a sporty look instaed of a daddy mobile look.
Anyway.Im to get to meet a lot of you and look forward to some heavy mods.
If anyone ever needs any help as far as body or accident questions just let me know.

Welcome John.. Your right on the Bonneville'* ride, performance, and options. It'* a great car. Now for your first question. What would it take to change out the lower panel on the rear bumper to one from an SSEI to accommodate dual exhausts?

I'm looking at doing this later this year when I have all the scraths fixed up. If I go the junkyard route about what would the cost be for the parts? And I thought it was very hard to cut or re mold the existing plastic composite used in making the valance'*. This is something I really want to do.

We've got quite a crew here as Turtle said. Vendors, mechanics, body shop guys, members that have been wrenching for years, and even guys with no oil change experience, but they know their audio! We're truly international too. Some of our sharpest guys are overseas, as a matter of necessity. They HAVE to know their ****. We have 1 in Isreal, and 4 or 5 in Russia. Not to mention all the rest in Canada and the US.
You name it, we've got the experts in almost every system. And with our numbers growing, the response time to your questions shrinks. You joined at a good time!
