Is it just me or......
Is the SER1 L67 just WAY(!!!!!!) easier to work on than the SER2....it took me an hour and a half to get off the fuel rails alternator intake unbolt all the TB bolts and screw with all the hoses and misc crap to get the SC off my Bonne.....should have the SC off with about an hour or less more work, but my Buick...man just replacin the SC snout was like a 3 hour job...JEEZ theres like ROOM to friggin work on the Bonne..............boy do I love that SER1 L67........just wish there were more mods readily available.....maby there will be some crazy kid with the idea to make an intercooler for one of these........hmmmmmmmmmm

I agree with Rogue, the right tools for the job make it so much faster. Air tools make a huge difference.
But there are a few differences that do make the S2 a little more complicated to work on.

I will agree though that the SER2 is far superior in power and flexibility than the SER1 and although I have no room for an air compressor in my already cramped garage I still work on both my SER1 and 2 in there. I just have this theory that my Regal doesnt like me as much as my Bonne...maby it just hast gotten used to being pushed, the last owner probably drove it like an old man, and I DONT plus I dont think it want me to modify it...TOO BAD FOR IT!!!

even if I had room (which I could if I got off my lazy azz and cleaned) there would still be 2 more words.....no money. I just dont have the kind of money to drop better than a hundred bucks on a tool right now

three words: FULL MACHINE SHOP. :P More tools than I know what to do with.
Keep in mind that your Buick is a W-Body, a series II in a bonnie still has alot of room.
