Love:
The size
The Looks
The Ghetto Gold Rims
The fact that it is a rare Supercharged SE
The Leather interior
The ride
The power
The 'sleeper' effect
The stock sound system

Dislike:
It is not an SSEi
Doesn't have HUD
Doesn't have Keyless entry
Doesn't have a six speed manual transmission
Doesn't have Posi
Doesn't have the Series II Supercharged engine (series I Supercharged engine is okay though)
The fact that I bought it used
Doesn't have Sun roof

Same here, I wish mine was new when I bought it.

L36 Heads are more effecient than the L67 Heads leaving more room for turbocharging or supercharging and making more power.
Because of all the independant suspension, I believe can pull off 1.0G on the skidpad.
The looks because I can do a carbon fiber hood and other modification very easily.
The car is simple in design and nature.
Plenty of parts available, just have to be creative. Or make your own parts. :P
Sleeper effect can be possible.
Bought my 99 for 9k.

Dislike:
Nothing, car has potential.

Front wheel drive sux???

Man thats a big reason why I wanted the Bonneville! Better in bad wheather, safer, better turning. If you ask me front wheel driver is better for beginners, and rear wheel drive is for experts who know how to have fun. Believe me, after owning and driving a 70 Dodge Coronet for 2 years I have experience of knowing how much RWD sux in snow...but boy is it FUN!

I bought the car cause it was very cheap . 2900.00 and it was running fine with a mint leather interior . That and the fact that my wife loves 4 doors , she is tired of all the 2 doors in the family . Rear wheel drive is the way to go and they also have a great feeling when flooring it . front wheel drive cars have a soft feeling hen you punch the gas and then the steering wheel wants to dance all around ! Rear wheel till I die
Front wheel till the wife does!!!

Well, to redeem myself, I'd like to say one thing. My sister has a 1990 Camry that cost about as much as my car (we both got them used).

The Camry has 180k and the interior is great, lacks those little annoyances that my Pontiac has.

But my Pontiac looks 10X better, isn't rusting around the rear quarter panel, and will easily out-accelerate, out-brake, and out-handle the Toyota. It'* quieter and more comfortable to ride in.

GM has room for improvement, to be sure, but they still look pretty good to me when faced up with the competition.

For my response to FWD sucks...... I suggest looking on gm forums for the Fwd vs. Rwd I also posted on GP forums and linked to this site as well. Just so you know in the end I was and am right and the "battle" of FWD and RWD is mute. If you prefer RWD so much then get one. That said the question was what you love and about the Bonneville. So I figure it was asked so I wont get all wound up. The only thing I don’t like about our Fwd is the relative young age of the product has meant there is no $ behind creating a real hp option. 450hp is not enough. I figure like with the 4X4'* there should be a unit built for fwd cars that is able to handle real 7-800 hp. I believe as much as people don’t believe the car can be made to hold with this amount of hp I believe they can. I believe the 4t80-e will be the transaxle that will do the trick. I believe that unit will be able to reliable be made to handle the 700-800hp range. The 4.6L is a great engine and it will happen.

Ty
