Do misfiring plugs actually cause the engine to shake?

Hey
Do misfiring plugs actually cause the engine to shake? I seem to have a bad problem with that, when the hood is up I can acutally see the engine jumping around some. I've never replaced mine and I'm @ 102,899. The Service guy at the Pontiac dealer said if I use premium I could get another 10k out of them.

No no, let me re-phrase the sevice guy at the Pontiac dealership said I could get another 10k out of them if I Continue to use premium fuel. This car has never experienced under 93 since I've had it. I was just curious if misfiring plugs cause just a vibration or more of a visual Shake.

Many here have found that AC Delco or NGK perform better than Bosch...
