THE PARTS CAR HAD ONLY 3000 MILES

So does that mean the Donor car was a flood victim too? Who uses a car w/3K on the clock as a parts car?

1) Could be another flood Car
2) Could be a totalled out Car.

Seems like this guy goes too far out of the way to sell this thing. Why doesnt he just keep it for himself?
