I was just at the local Pick-n-Pull yard today and...
I asked if they had any L67'* in the lot. They told me that they throw them away no matter what the mileage because they are crappy engines that aren't built to last... I asked them what they were compariing them to and they said "Hell, any other motor ever built." I just laughed at them. Bunch of inbred hicks. This yard was as trashy as they come too. Mud City is an understatement and there were cars just randomly dropped every which way.
I guess that when you work/live at a junk yard, you see many blown engines. They probably don't take the time to actually read what kind of miles have gone through them before they just label them as crap. They also told me that the 3800'* in general are garbage. LOL What a crock! They actually told me that the Chrysler 2.7L was a good motor -- DOUBLE FREAKIN' HA!!! Wow how dumb can these people actually be...

my junkyard says that the 3800 was the tightest engine ever built and the longest lasting. except for the wrecked ones, all the 3800s they have are in the 250,XXX and up mileage range!!! I have driven the last two bonne'* ive had to about 190,000 and traded them in and still see the SSE runnin around town(i know its mine because of the clear tail lights) and hopefully my GTP will last as long as the others(i have full confidence!!!)

Ok tell them I will give them 5$ for every L67 they don't want and I'll sell them in New York . We will make a fleet of L67 Powered cars.

That guy doesn't know what he'* talking about....We sell 3800'* at my work for up to $800 depending on mileage. Try to buy all his 3800'* that come in cheap. I will say that the Super Charged 3800'* are a LOT cheaper because they don't move.......Like they really never give up except for occassionally....So we got them cheap at my work just to make room for other engines. Hrmmm I should buy one
