I'm coming up on 150. Seeing all these pictures makes me want to change it asap even though money isn't available for me to do it...so you're saying that it'* a "when you can, do it, but if no symptoms, you'll be fine" type of deal?

Pretty much. As long as your oil looks good, your coolant isn't vanishing, and your UIM/EGR stovepipe is whole, you don't have much to worry about.
