I've recently had to make the same decissions recently. I got both the new exhaust and paid off some bills. I can tell you that the bills made the biggest difference. Do them first.

Like 89BonneiSE89 said. It is much better in the long run because you won't be paying intertest. You'll have more spendable cash for mods.
