94/95 differences?
My uncle finallly came over today with his 95 SSEi and I noticed his dash says 6000 for the redline, whilst, mine says 5500. I do know that the 94/95 engine is exactly the same along with the trans. Can I swap out my 94 computer for the 95 so it will shift at 6k? Or am I not pushing it hard enough and it does shift at 6k? :?

It'* probably do to the L36 coming out that year. It has an extended rev. You really don't want to be winding a ser1 L67 out to 6k. Its way past peak power. 6k is even pushing it for a stock L36.

We should shift at about 5900 in the L36, But I think the PCM'* were a tad funky with programming and updates...
But yes it should have a 5600 redline on the 94 and 6000 on the 95'*
