my new bonnie
Hello there i just got a 1994 BONNEVILLE SSEI for free from my friends nextdoor neighbour. the car belonged to his wife and she loved it and it was her first new car. but three years ago she passed away and he parked it in the barn. But the tires went flat and it sunk into the ground and it got some underbody rust. so im guessin new tires, brakes, litle bit of new metal and a tune up, oh ya it needs an muffler too...
is there anything that is normal to look for on a bonneville to look for please let me know

Welcome to the club! As far as storage is concerned, it'* the worst thing you can do. Trust me. Mine was stored for 5 years before I bought it. Rust will wreak havoc on your exhaust. Your catalytic converter and muffler, especially (the internals) but don't worry about the piping. It'* all mandrel-bent stainless steel.
Do plugs and wires, O2 sensor, fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve, etc. Do this asap. Pretty cheap too, but well worth your time. You'll likely have a few little electrical bugs for a short period of time.
Enjoy the ride!
