Most would go for the spoiler look, you would be the first to take off your factory rear spoiler.
You will hear the term "Bubble Butt" used for a non-spoiled Bonnie, but if thats the look you like....

1) spend some time with a welder and a chunk of steel to fill in hole areas + a little bondo
2) go to a junk yard find a non spoiler one, take it to a shop and get it painted to match.
cuz spoilers just arnt cool :P

Wait... let me get this straight... your TRYING to become a bubble butt!?!?
I had one of those once.. then i fitted a factory spoiler... i go for the spoiler look, but hey it does look more low-profile/ sleek without one.... Whatever you prefer... theres always a way to make it happen

Re: no spoiler
I have a bubblebutt Bonne.
As soon as I have enough money, I'm getting a spoiler put on. It looks too bare for my tastes without a spoiler.
I imagine you could just go to a junkyard or something and find a non-spoiler trunk lid and paint it to match.

You can also see the two Oldsmobiles my family has in the back there: my other brother'* '94 Ciera and my '78 Cutlass.
