Default GM Top End Cleaner?

I know someone here has used it before, probably 2 months ago now or so. Any tips or suggestions on using it? Which vacum line did you use to get it into the motor....Changing the oil right at 200K this time, and I wanna clean'er out when I do it.

Haven't tried it myself but lots of people around here swear by Seafoam!!!!!
