But not for 10 seconds... I don't know if it is because my car is a stick, but if you got WOT and then let off the injectors should shut off as soon as the throttle is released. You may run rich for a second as excess fuel gets sucked in, but that is it....it can be seen as a puff of smoke out the exhaust...its very obvious.

Is the OP'* '93 SE */C? (I ask because willwren mentioned 8.5:1 compression)

I don't know for sure about the '93 (or much about */C app'*), but the PCM'* in both my '98 and '04 N/A app'* have decel and idle enleanment tables that I cannot reach, even with the PowrTuner.

To the OP...does that KS value ever change? Do you ever get any KR? If "no" to both, makes me wonder if the knock sensor is bad (a '93 only has one, I believe).

All Series 1 cars (L27 and L67) are 8.5:1 compression.

so far it stays at 4 ks with 0 kr. I have been away the past couple days and havent driven the car until yesterday, and havent scanned since last week.
