What I did, since I don't own a dremel (yet) is took a hacksaw, and starting at the back/pointy end, Started carefully cutting inside the "notch" between the lens and the back. After I'd gotten about a 2 - 2 1/2 inch cut, I took my widest straight slot screwdiver and tried to pry it open. If it didn't give, I cut a little more (about a 1/4 inch at a time) until it started to give. Once it started to give a bit, I could finish from there by hand.
It fit back together that way real well, because the hacksaw made a much smaller cut than I pictured a dremel doing, so once I had the colored lense out, just a bit of clear silicone had it back together like brand new. Check my page for the final results.
