Default Franky'* down. (argh!)

well franky needs a brake job BAD now, like one of the pads is non existant. i have no clue where it went so fast because the pads were fine 2 weeks ago. i went to go do the brake job but noticed that one of the hoses on the passenger side has a giant lump in it and it looks like its about to pop. ITS TO COLD FOR THIS!

i think i might just call a shop to do the hose(*)

Sounds like a collapsed brake line. Replace at least the front 2. If they collapse, they don't release and wear down the pads and rotors.

they wouldn't take THAT long to do John. it is cold...cold as hell in fact...but it couldn't take THAT long. Do you have a friend with a garage or something? Or maybe put a couple space heaters beside you while you do it?

then maybe take it to a shop to be bled...save money that way.

Never fails... these types of things always happen during the winter time.
