Default update on my bonneville se

Well changing the upper and lower intake gaskets on my 94SE and valve cover gaskets and more.Not to bad for first time on 3.8L engine.I have done a lot of 3.4L&3.1L engines and this is buy far alot smoother to do.Everything looks good and I have 1 question...What is that block on the lim under the tb area calledWant to change that gasket.I think theres like 3 or 4 bolts hold it on.Thanks alot Gene

Not sure on the name, but I believe that is the water jacket behind it.

I'm also unsure what it'* called. It is for the coolant to make a u bend. Only gasket kits I have found it in would be the full kits. Dealer should be able to tell you what it is..but they may not stock it since the car is out of the their usual number of years to be able to get parts.

called the dearler and the guy said its listed as Engine coolant manifold gasket.Its $7.99 and he can order it.

That'* not a bod price. At least you don't have to pay $100 or buy a kit with 30 gaskets you don't need.

that right Dan.the gasket is in the head gasket kit but thats alot of money for one gasket.Thanks alot guys for your help .I'll let you know how it works out.
