regular, mid-grade or premium ?
hey! i decided to run premium gas in my bonne. what did it do ?? boost performance bigtime, acceleration is awesome. ive always used midgrade but premium is the real go-getter.
just thought i'd ask if anyone else runs a higher octane fuel? and what does it do for you ?

because of the cleaners...
You basicly just cleaned some crap outta of your injectors, It has more cleaner (1tb spon/1000lt) then regual gas, with the 8.5 comp. you could almost **** in your gas tank.

I never try to dip below 89 octane, most times my fill ups are 91. 94 if I'm feeling like a big-timer. Since I rarely go lower then premium, its hard to compare. But apparently I have a very clean running car (fuel wise/injectors etc.) Once I upgrade the fuel pump it'll be all good
Keep up the high octane gas. Helps you gets used to it for when you upgrade to the mother-truckin SSEi. Good times

I usually fill up with 91 octane. If the price is outrageous, over 1.80 a gallon, then I'll use 89 octane. Generally I don't feel much difference between the two.
Add a little toulene, that will give it some jump!

Im a new guy....heh whats toulene ??? techy version of octane boost ?? i was told that over-the-counter octane booster is bad for your injectors is this true ??

Toulene(I'm not sure how to spell it) is a nasty, foul smelling substance used in paints, I don't remember what it does. It'* a byproduct from making gas.
From what I hear it'* also used to make some sort of illegal drug, my buddy who works at Menards says you will get followed home to see what you are using it for.

So we are forced to pay throught the nose for 93 (currently down to $1.59 per gallon, which is pretty good around here), but I hear that in some parts of the country it'* even worse so I won't b!tch about it too much.
