I did that a couple of pages back on the post saying that the SE */C could be the SLE.

Yeah, I saw that and edmunds. That is why I was asking. In all of the literature I have read about my car, It just refers to it as an SE with the optional SC engine. They only had the SC as an option for the SE for '95, '96, and '97. I know there is a difference between the SE SC and the SLE'* for '96 and '97 because they don't look the same. What gives with the '95?

Because they didnt change the body style yet I believe.

Ok, can we assume the SLE had the same foglight spacing as the SSEi, or was it the same as the SE?

I'll actually get all this compiled.....and when the timeline is complete, I'll add a link to it in the Specifications section of Techinfo.....when I add the link, it'll be as accurate as I think I can make it, but I have a BUNCH of posts to sort through first!

They are separate like the SE from '93-95 when I get the pics I'll show you all.

I need to know about 00 on up for the SLE, too. The pic on Pontiacs website doesn't show a frontal view of the SLE.

The pic when you 1st log on this website could be an SLE or an SSEi. On the 2000-present series the SLEand SSEi have the same look 17inch wheels, ground effects, dual pipes, close together foggers, grilles are smaller than the SE'*, Badging is in chrome, standard spoiler, all exterior comparisons.

So in 00, the foglights went cross-eyed for the SLE? As opposed to the 99 and older?

From 1996-present the SLE foggers are together. Yep.
1992-present SE foggers are seperate.
1992-1999 SSE foggers are together.(RIP)
1992-present SSEi foggers are together
92-95 SLE seperate together. jr's3800 brought it to my attention.
