I'm tired of Jinx. I'm tired of fighting uphill battles with this beast and not gaining any sort of foothold. So, as her replacement, I'm inquiring about this one right here -

And since I'm not schooled in how to do the short and sweet link, here is the huge link to get to the ad:

Doesn't seem like a bad price

That'll help in negotiations. But it would be better if I could find an ended auction near Florida with the sold price. I may not even buy one right now as the family has two good running cars...and one of those cars has a pretty high car payment already. Tax time may be a better time for me to get one.

Eh,uh....I dunno guys. That SSEi just isn't doing it for me. I'm really in no position to pay for super unleaded fuel and the added premium of insurance.

This, however, has some promise. It also has a sunroof

Price out the insurance. I'm sure you'll be surprised at the tiny difference if you have a clean record.

And the difference per fillup is only about 3 bucks.

Just delete the rest starting at the "&dealer....." and it'll still work.

Plus you mentioned you didn't feel like paying for premium, you already have a SSEi so that is nothign new?

agreed. it is not difficult to get 25-30mpg in an ssei. heck, i made it 250 miles each way to INTENSE and back (ended up being like 530 miles) when mine was modded.

I have a PAID for SSEi that I only carry liability on. As of today, it has no insurance on it. No point in carrying it if it ain't being driven. The new car, whatever it may be, will be financed, primarily to establish Karens credit (she is a ghost in the credit world).

My record....it'*, eh...not too clean. Nothing major, just a few 10-15 over tickets. No accidents in almost 5 years. Last ticket was almost 3 years ago.

I'm also looking at maintainance. L36'* aren't as hard to maintain I think. Once the upper mani and lower intake gaskets are changed out, it should be golden for quite a while.

The black SLE is looking to be the one. Lady-K favors that one, as does her female demon-spawn. Which is fine...she will be the one that will primarily be paying and driving it. I'll drive the '94 to work. The Maxx will be parked for a bit.

EDIT - That first SSEi was sold, and they got in a 97 SE in it'* place. Dealer wanted me to go take a look, but I passed. I'm used to leather now
