Default ICM and crank position test

I just finished up a write up on testing the ignition control module, and also has in it how to test a crankshaft position sensor. Here is the link to it in tech info.

Let me know how it works and if I need to make any changes to make it easier to follow.

Thank you for the great write up. I did not get a black and white answer.
step one I got 12 volts
Step 2 I got close. I do not know if the 10 to 12 volts is hard and fast. I checked the white with black line or Cam and the cam position sensors power circuit. This is Wire "N"
Your instructions show 10 to 12 Volts. I measured 9volts.
I moved to the next step and checked the Yellow wire, pin "G". to verify the signal from the crankshaft position sensor. your instructions say 5 to 6 volts. I am getting 8 volts.
What do you think? the ICM is bad?

Thanks,
John
