Default 95 SSEi w/ 65,000 orig miles.. C-Lean!

will put up pics later.. but i picked up a 95 SEEi it'* a gunmetal color with black leather.. bought it for 3700.. think i got a good deal? it'* got the torque stars i believe..

also while everyone is looking.. anyone bought 20'* and wish they woulda bought 18'* instead.. I'm trying to figure out what would be smarter for daily driving and clearance issues..

also.. any good place to get a pulley? or any site vendors?

I'm moving this to General Chat. When you get the pictures start a new thread in Your Ride.

Welcome to the club! That price sounds like the high range of the scale, but if there are no problems that need addressing, and the mileage is accurate, I'd think you go a fair deal.

The largest wheels I have seen on this forum are 18'*, as this seems to be the cutoff between comfort and max bling, and depending on the rim, looks REALLY good (like GXP'*). For your pulley, a cheap alternative is to use a 92-93 pulley since those are smaller than 94-95...every once in a while a member will come up with one to sell, and often on the cheap.

Since I didn't see a post in "Introductions for New Members"...

Welcome to BC!

There are a number of vendors that offer products for your car. You can read the "First Mods" article In TECHINFO above. It lists some common vendors and links.

There is also a "Vendor'* Forum" here

You can buy individual pulleys or a pulley system, but do some reading here first, as folks here have worked out the best, least costly, and safest methods to get more power without compromising driveability or damaging your engine.

yea I've been reading the tech about the intake boxes, the tps tweak,

another thing i was wondering, how hard is it to yank the motor as I'm guessing that'* the only way to get a cam in..

well a buddy back home had a GTP he hit 12.11 with a 1.7 ish 60' time.. this year he decided to pull off the eaton and run a 60 trim (turbo) he just hit 11.68 the other day.. so I'm thinking these cars can make some quality power.. I put down 460tq and 432hp in my Z.. that was at 18psi on 104octane.. i sold it a week before i was planning on pushing 23lbs.. .. so i think i can squeez some juice outta this girl.. low miles so i figure it'* still decently fresh.. well im off.. I'll be back with pics in lil bit..

Stay tuned for engine removal pics in the comming days...I am doing a swap of my own, but due to a kid owning my car and driving with a dead coil pack for a long time, thining the oil and taking out more than just bearings

300 whp is unrealistic in these cars, esp. series 1 */c engines (92-95). The Almighty Wilwren is the Yoda of the group here...wise he is in the ways of the Forced Induction. He knows what works and what doesn't because he has done them, even going so far as to design and build his own water/meth injection system that works. But even with as much work as he has done to his 'Zilla, I doubt even he is pushing 300whp...though if he is, I am sure he will put me in my place
