Reason behind that is the Bonneviille is too low mileage for the age. In high mileage cars things haven't dry rotted, bearings haven't flat spotted etc.
I never thought of this from this perspective. I have a '94 F Body with 68K, & haven't driven it yet this year being grounded due to the State/County emission test.
One real thing to consider is how much exposure to winter has each had.... winters destroys a car mechanically & physically.
