Flat tire.... a donut... the motor has recently been cleaned to hide the lack of maintenence..... I wouldn't even work on that car.

It'* kinda like people saying "nice grand am" when they are looking at a bonneville. Some people just don't know a whole lot, or aren't car enthusiasts.
