The piece isn't mine. It did come off a GM though. It may be what I hit in the first place.

I hit a deer with a 1980 Mazda pickup once. Didn't kill it, the only thing I had available to put it out of it'* misery was a 14" crescent wrench. It'* amazing how thick their skulls are. I have a picture of me and that deer somewhere.

Made a mess of my truck.

we hit a deer in our ranger goin between 60-65.it slid for like maybe 200ft. that thing still wouldnt die. the only thing we had to kill it with were some dang dull pocketknives and were not that brutal.the cop finally showed up and busted some caps in it(he wasnt real bright so instead of just cappin it in the head he shot it in the like the gut or somethin.then some random dude stopped and said he wanted to take it home and eat it.i mean i like to kill and eat deer as much as the next guy but not after all that one had went through.(high impact crash, high velocity slide, 3 gunshot wounds(as i recall).

Ok.... you guys are sick and crazy... dead deer.... possums... cows.....horses.....

I hit a squirrel this weekend.... I was going up an on-ramp, and it just ran infront on my right front tire... I didn't even feel a bump or anything. (But I didn't see it in my rearview either) My friends that were with me are 100% sure I hit it.... I felt so bad... :( for a min or so....... then started to wonder if I'd have to wash out my wheel-well when I got home... lol...

My only other roadkill story is...

I was with my friend in his Dynasty.... a flock of crows were on the road... my friend hit the horn to scare the birds away, they flew in every direction.... except one came straight for the car... it hit the top of the front grill and got split in 1/2..... one part of the crow covered the front grill with guts and feathers... the other 1/2 slide up the hood and got stuck in the wipers.... lol... that was messy.
