I am really pondering on this one.
A guy that stay down the street from me has a 89 Bonneville SE. Yep Jim, just like your old one. His brother was the previous owner and decided to paint it a Silver/Platinum color. Some sort of 1999 phase. Anyway, he says its just the radiator thats bad and maybe a motor mount. I might take the car and all he want is $500 for it. I just havent had time to check out the car yet but i will and try to see what codes will be found cause the car has been sitting up for 2 years.

Hmm, not bad if everything else checks out ok. But 200-300 for radiator, motor mount I have no idea, and the paint could easily be chipped depending on the quality. I am assuming close to if not over, 200k miles.?

I forgot what the mileage was. The paint was chipping before he parked the car in the garage since the coma. I am not to much worried about the paint anyway. For $500 thats not bad and a possible motor mount and radiator? Man I will be back on the streets! Well, not as much as I used too :( :? . Its more so like a winter car. Plus if I do get this, I will be on my 3rd generation Ville. From 97 to 93 to 89. Damn.

I like the SSE'* better. I like the way they look when there behind you and they look like they hug the ground. I would always look at my guys 90 Black SSE in the club at night when we would ride in a persession and that car looked nice.
