I got another Bonneville!
I lost my camera'* memory card right when I need it most. Nothing is going to happen to my SSEi, and it'* staying without a second thought.
However, I just got a 99 SLE, dark cherry metallic with a S2 NA engine. It'* a torque monster! It'* practically like my SSEi, but not as blazingly powerful, and the interior is lighter. I hope I find the card and get some pictures up here soon.

Very interesting. I'm going to post in Your Ride right now. This is a really good find, so I'll put here a link to the other post. You've just got to see it!

Your S1 L67 is a much bigger torque monster than your L36. :? We're talking almost 280 ft/lbs at 3200 rpms. L36 peak is 230 at 4000.
The L36'* peak torque is not at a lower rpms than the S2 L67.
L36 is 230 ft/lb at 4000
S2 L67 is 280 at 3600
I think you mean the peak torque of the SERIES 1 L67 is lower than the Series 2.

Here'* my Your Ride post:

I agree that my S1 L67 has much more torque, but for what this car does, I'm mightily impressed.

I agree, the L36 has some ballz! And has lots of potential too. You'll have fun with it.
I just wanted to clear up that it doesn't beat the S2 L67 in the torque department.
