I look forward to following the many years of development that would go into such a project should you undertake such an attempt.

Call me a pessimist, but I don't see it getting done.

Prove me wrong.

your gonna need a lot more fuel than that..like a lift, a very well paying job, some manpower, money, a car, suppliers to build custom parts, and more.

It doesn't cost a thing to think up an idea like this, so why not toy with the idea, gather as much info as you can and learn some of the many skills you'll need to make an idea like this come to life?

Now'* the time to start saving for whatever project you decide to undertake. I don't get the impression that you want to do this for under 10 grand over summer vacation. As long as you realize this is a looooonnnnngg term project and will require a lot of work and money than no one should sit there and tell you NOT to do it.

Money and hardwork can get you anything in this country, all you have to do is figure out how much of those two it'* going to take, and then find a car you can afford to have sitting for 5-10 years

See, this is what I was looking for. I know this is going to take a while. I can't even see myself driving this car til I'm in my 30s. I can already weld, so I have that. My uncle has offered to help, because he loves projects like this, b/c it involves cars. My uncle can do anything with cars. lol BUT, he isn't going to do all the work. I've told him this. He can show me how, but I'm doing 95% of the work by myself (I say 95% b/c I know there'* stuff you just CAN'T do by yourself). I've put a lot of thought into this, and I'm gonna give it a shot. BUT, like I said, don't expect to see a thread about it next week, the 93 is on the front burner, she'll be a show car before I even buy the car to start this project.

Chris, I'll be honest with you now.

I'm not puttting you down or squashing your dreams okay? Now that you mentioned that you was going to make your car into a show car first before you start a RWD project, that just make me think the RWD project ain't going to happen. Honestly in my opinion, I think you're better off just doing a L67 S2 swap and bagging it. That'll still be challenging enough as there is no kit for Bonnevilles and I've never seen a L67 swapped and bagged 92-95 SLE especially in purple. Everyone is being honest with you, it might not happen (the RWD project), we're trying to help you out.

As Jack said, it'* fun to come up with ideas, I do that too, so does everyone else but some of them are so far out that it'* never feasible but it'* fun. I often find myself wondering if I could swap in a Northstar V8, but in reality, it'* probably near impossible to do so.

So, I ask you to think this very very very very throughoutly, take in consideration the hours, the money needed, patience, etc.

That'* pretty much the gist of what my 2 cents was worth. Either way you decide to go, look forward to some interresting posts in the future. Who knows, your project might take a completely differrent direction once she gets rolling.

That'* cool that you've got family member that can help you with stuff like that.
