My friends pronounce it "shave-o-matic" because they think my dying motor is funny. Which is fine, as long as it keeps running until I've got everything I need and some time.

well youre having a hard time whit a french name bonneville in french is good town .i said it bonnville almost the same way we say it in french

Bonneville is French for Good City
As always, when pronouncing Bonne in French the e is silent. Bonne and Bon mean the same thing yet one femniine and the other is masculine. Since both formats are single syllable, the masculine version puts the emphasis on the O whereas the feminine is on the NN.
So...there should be nothing between the nn and the ville, or Bonnville to the phonetically inclined
