i love the twilight sentinel because it gives me those extra 3 mins to walk around the lake to the apt in the pitch black Tennessee nights. i park over by the garages. alot less foot traffic and door dings over there lol.

no, i can park wherever. but noone parks over there. there are no buildings over there. just the garages. so, instead of paying $100 a month for a roof i dont need over my car i just park wayyy over there and hike. (im the type of person who goes to walmart and parks at lowes) lol

i park close to buildings because im paranoid that if my car isnt in camera view or under some lights that someone will have an easier time breaking into it

i like the auto so i never tried to make them inop but if i wanted to do something like that i would take the switch out take a meter and find the output for the headlights, cut the wire that goes into the car and cut the input to the hid ballasts run my own wire from the manual light switch to the input of the hids

ima cut the black ground wire on the stock harness witch bypasses the automatic headlights and run a wire from the black wire i cut to a switch in side the car and then run a ground wire from the switch to the frame i dont need power in this case because it grounds out the automatic headlights so i can do it manually if u go on 3800pro i have a thread on it

if thats how it works, that will just turn them on, it wont stop the drls and twilight from working. you could use that ground from the switch to ground the ground on the hids. the ones i saw wanted a pos and ground from the stock headlight you could run the pos to the battery and the neg to the ground you get from the light switch
