and also help me figure out what it is. i found it pluged in to a wire harness but the big plastic peice was just tucked in the bumper.? it was on my 88 sse.?

so should i plug it back in..? it looks like it dont work anyway.? how important is it. can i dirive with out it.? thanks guys

Do you want your outside air temp to display on the ECC?

Clean the filament up a bit and put it back on. You can drive just fine without it, but the HVAC uses it to properly control things.

i am selling the car so my only concern is if it would have affected the driving.. but i got my answer.. i will just clean it and put it back on...
