Default If Your Bonneville Was Totaled (this is not a jinx)

Hey guys, I often find myself wondering, what would happen if my bonneville was totaled. How would I feel? What I would get next? among others.

I'll start this off.

I would feel very angry if someone hit me and wrecked my car. I would feel a sense of huge hatred if a deer jumped out in front of me and totaled my car. I would feel relived that my car saved me.

What would I get if the insurance gave me a lot of money? (Be realistic on this one fellas)
I would probably look into the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with the 5.3L V8, or a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 2WD in black or silver.

How about you fellas?

Only time I've been in an accident, some guy talking on his cel phone ran a stop sign in his Focus right out in front of my work truck (26' cab over UD straight truck). Lucky for him I was doing the speed limit (40) but I was about 30 feet from the intersection when he ran out in front of me. I was pissed, brought my truck to a stop, checked on my passenger then got out to check on the guy who hit us.
I was ready to tear him a new one then I got to him and he was still on his phone but he didn't know what had happenned or where he was, guess he got banged up pretty bad. Then I felt bad for being so upset.

After that experience I think I'd keep my cool if it happened again.
If my Bonne got totaled though, I'd go for a 99 SSEi in good shape, black

Almost had to deal with it on Firday, with my PA. Going around the outer parking lot rd at the mall, in the left lane, and some idiot stopped in the right lane, sat there while five cars went past, then tried to turn left in front of me, with no signal. Looked straight at me, then cut me off, deliberately.
Fortunatlely he stalled his POS-10, and I swerved around him without hittiing anyone on-coming. He had to start his car and leave real quick though, cause I was out of my seat, ready to rip his head off.

If it'* honestly an accident, I can stay cool, but if it'* caused by stupidity, the other guy'* gonna get it.

I actually "hope" my car gets hit by someone, just lightly enough to total it - and its not my fault, what better excuse to actually have a bonneville again :P

Hans! You actually hope you get hit. Just enough to total it, now I know why you used my quote as a part of your sig. I respect that dude.

I have been in many close calls so that'* why I'm wondering these things. The most recent one was last monday.

I was driving to school in the morning, the road was wet and I'm going about 60 in a 55 and I'm approaching an intersection, I look ahead and there was a school bus stopped and there was a line behind it, I thought to myself, I better slow down a bit so I don't have to brake hard, so I slowed down to 45, keep in mind I was approaching a intersection. on one side of the crossroad was a POS Blazer and it was creeping forward, the cross road is a stop sign while the road I was on had no stop sign. I was suspicious of the Blazer so I had my foot on the brake anticipating a crash, then the Blazer lurched forward and then stopped in the MIDDLE of the intersection. I was going 45 and I had to SLAM on the brakes and I slided around then the Blazer took off and I was in the middle at a completely stop and I had to straighten myself then went on. I was ready to get out and look for a tire iron and kick his a$$.

I was about a foot away from his side btw, but it was kinda dark and his windows were tinted.

Well, as most of you know, my son'* 99 Grand Prix GTP got totalled in his accident. He is back in a bonneville. He is contemplating what his next car will be and he is thinking a newer bonne. We see so many Grand Prix'* around it isn't even funny. He said the ride of a bonne is better than that of the GP.

As for me, I like driving the bonne'*. My boss even commented on that fact a couple of weeks ago. He said "You sure like those bonnevilles don't you?" He drives an Acura.

why hope for an accident, I'm told arson isn't investigated to in depth when it comes to cars. Pretty easy to make it look like an accident
