Major problems? No. Minor problems are listed in the 2000-2005 section.

Lisa:
Off the top of me head here are my problems so far.

DIC needed to be replaced. It would not reset.

Broken trunk spring.

The PCM needed an upgrade. It was causing the car to stall when backing into a parking space.

Driver’* door button assembly needed to be replaced due to failure to operate the passenger window.

All problems covered under warranty.

None of the problems were major.

All in all the 04 SLE has worked out really well. I think most of the bugs were worked out before my car was built in March of 04.
