2000 bonneville ssei
so i want to change the pulley on the supercharger to try getting a lil more power and i know its 3.8 stock what size do you think i could go to w/o hurting the motor? and would it even be worth my time?

2000+ tend to run a bit lean. Most cars can get away with a 3.5" pulley. But being a bit lean you might run in to a little knock retard. You would need to have the car scanned. A canned tune is a good place to help deal with that a bit. Where are you located. Might have a member near by that can help you with that.

A canned tune is a basic performance tune, not a custom tune. The basic tune will increase shift points, remove speed limiter, change abuse settings. All in all make the car more fun to drive. I can do tune if your interested. Just PM me for details.
