Another THANK YOU to Kyle and O'Niell!
Allmachtige and PontiacDad did an AMAZING job of putting together the first two annual meets. Many pats on the back to both of them. This post is intended to encourage and thank both of them for their efforts, as well as encourage the two of them to get together and discuss what worked and what didn't for next year'* meets.
This is also everyone else'* opportunity to discuss the highlights of each meet.
What was the best part for you, and what would you do different next year?
A personal thank you to both of you. It takes guts and perseverence to make something like this happen.

Awesome job by both of you. They are memories I will treasure as having both of my families (real and BC) together in one place was a great thing.
Thanks guys!

Now for a REAL National meet were we can meet in the center for everyone to attend. If thats possible. Hows Kansas sound? ThatsCenter enough, Isnt it? I just want to meet some Westerners outside of the truck.

Even a central meet would be hard to pull off.
Just get out to your local meet, that would be enough.
A little shameful IMO, considering the number of people interested and how many we have on this forum. 5 from the Westcoast and 10 from the Cental East area.
Actually it wasn't that bad.....more personable that way.
But understandable for those that couldn't make it.
It was a bit of an expense......to travel from afar with family......that was well worth every penny.

This year, I'll be able to hold some back from my income tax return to make the next one.
Lemme tell ya, a one-income family with a stay-at-home mom is not easy to pull off!!!
But we've managed for over 3 years now.

Thanks guys it was worth the time and lots of fun putting it together.
I think if it was to go to a national level you would need a registration fee so the commitment would be made and kept?
Also I think a campground keeps it less formal and allows varied activities for all familly members? 3 days seems like enough time to me as well, maybe add a mod day for those wanting to tweak their cars early on?
Prizes, nothing gets people going like swag, the bigger the prize the more people will come out. Raffle a new car in Kansas and I bet we get 500 cars
