Aw man...I just get us another Bonneville and along comes this.....
But, are you sure?? You would be going from needing just a trans to a car that needs an engine AND trans work. Jinx was in the same mechanical condition when I picked her up and hindsight, being 20/20, I wouldn't have got it. But I have it now, and most of the mech work is done on it, and it only took a year to do.
My gut feeling? If you get this car, it will give you more grief than you need.

pretty much what i was thinking.
since i'm not exactly rolling in money right now i don't have a whole lot of money, i've had to walk away from quite a few chitboxes. starting to get pretty good at it.

I think you should just save your money up until you can get a nice bonneville or any car that does not need work. I'm not a fan of just getting anything, even if it is a bonneville. That car has been through the ringer to be a 94 in need of engine and trans work. Think about the long run
