PCM differences from 92/93 and 94/95 L67'*
What'* the difference? Is it just different pinout'* and locations or is there more or less in'* and out'* on one compared to the other? Seems to me there shouldn't be much difference in operation. Both are OBD1.
Who can shed some light on this?
And of course, this all leads to the desire for having a chip for my 95. Is GMtuners the only place (or cheapest) that would burn me one for the '95? Anyone had one done from them and how was it?

No compatibilities exist. Even the 92 and 93 are enough different that the proms are not the same.
As far as GM tuners is concerned, you have to know what you want ahead of time to make sure it'* right. Dyno work would be the best way to determine what you need. And as far as changes are concerned, you're better off not going far enough than going too far. Make sure all your mods are done before doing one.
If you dyno, make sure you also chart AFR. You'll need that data for the burn. Also keep in mind that aftermarket chips will remove the factory torque-limiting tables that protect the trans. That in part cost me mine.
