I think the headlight squirters have their own separate little pump by the washer reservoir. Maybe it'* seized up from lack of use.

Suggest you figure out which pump does the windshield squirting, then see why the other one isn't working. (I hate to state the obvious, but you know you have to _pull_ back on the washer tab on the turn signal lever to make the headlamp squirters work, right? Pushing forward on the tab operates only the windshield washers.)

WHy don't they make lil wipers for them instead? ( Like how the MErcedes have them ) I think they would work better.. on a side note... why not have wipers on the side mirrors instead? Where it really matters to the driver you can always clean the bugs off the headlights when your at the pump ( and do the windshield like I always do ). Like mentioned before.. if you have that many bugs that covers up the headlights of your car from normal driving.. I'd think there'* an epidemic of bug infestation in that area.

They're only supposed to give bursts of the washer fluid. And you have to wait a couple seconds between each burst of it. When I'm driving and I use them I have to use my windshield wipers after because they spray over onto the windshield. :?

i was looking at my manual tonight and the headlight sprayers were "SSE and SSEi" only. The first car i looked at had them, never thought much of it, but then that car was falling apart!.
