Right click on the page and hit Refresh..

Not on the actual text entry page, those you just have to memorize, otherwise you'll lose everything yout type (Which I've noticed happens if I just select an emoticon. But it'* probably just the way our computers are set up at work)

My Emoticons still won't work.
I think it has to do with the browser settings, but I can't find out how to fix it.

Are you talking about the window that you select the emotions in? and that after you pick one they are no longer animated?

try this... Right click and save as on one of the animated gif'*. Save it where ever yu want to. Now try to open just that file with internet explorer. Does it move then? or still stand still?

Also..what version of IE are you running? (assuming it is IE)

It works with windows image viewer
I run windows XP
It does not work with IE
I think I have version 6

Click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced and look for "Play animations in web pages" down towrds the bottom of the list

That should make this
really annoying again...
