Default Has anyone said this to you?

I was just wondering as i look around the site here at all the Bons modified. Has anyone told you guys you were dumb/ lame for modding a Bonneville and you should just save for a nicer car to mod like a Colbolt? lmao. because i know i have been told this on a few different occasions now

Nope, no one has ever said that other then a few friends that are racers. They want me to get in to the old school stuff.

I've heard a lot.

One rip around the block in the worlds most comfy car seat and they change that tune.

I have one friend who works at a Toyota repair shop who always tells me I should get a Toyota. But that'* about it.

IMO, a big, fast car is better/cooler than a small, fast one. I guess I just like big cars.

My wife'* got a '07 Grand Prix GXP (5.3L V. Fun to drive and can run circles around my '05 Bonneville GXP, but I drive over 60 miles a day and the Bonneville'* much more comfortable and enough power to add a little fun too.

What'* a cobalt??? Isn't that a shade of blue?

If I had a nickel for every time someone has told me I'm wasting my money and should just buy a fast car, I could probably get those Silver ceramic coated TOGS I've been looking at. I would to. Just remember, don't be a sheep. Make your own decisions.

I've been laughed at several times for even just having a Bonneville. I just ignore everyone.

I can never hear them way back in the rear view mirror. Only see the blank look on their face.
