One over by my area. I think he paid close to a mil or something for it. There arent to many of those. I think 15,000 in the world if not less. But definently wouldnt race againt the GN, but I would give it a shot with the Impala.

At MGM 3 in May there were 4 Impala SS'* that showed up because they decided they were going to show the Grand Prixs what a fast car was. IIRC only one Grand Prix lost a race to one of them, and that was because the guy felt like using his 100 shot that run and the Grand Prix was a GT. My dad completely raped 2 or 3 of them that day, they were running mid to high 14'*, and obivously he was running just a little quicker than mid 14'*. I have also seen numerous GN'* at the track, some that were very fast, and some that only ran high 13'* or so. If I were in the GTP and lined up next to one of them on the street, I wouldn't be too worried. Yeah, a lot of them could probably smoke it, but how many of them do you think are driven on the street that are quicker than 12.4? I would guess not too many. And if I got beat on the street by an 11 second car, I wouldn't be too embarrased.

haha I'm not that dumb. with my performance numbers I could never even keep up with a GN. Might be able to keep up with one of those new stock impalas though, but on the freeway, not city driving, plus if i lined up with both, the GN would kill me off the line and so would the impala.

dude, you CANT keep up with a impala ss. im sorry administrators, but like you said, BS claims brings harrasement.

your car does 0-60 in 10-11
1/4 in 17-18

vs 0-60 in 7'* mid to low 15'*

thats like my lightly modded aurora vs a 6speed z28. yes ive done it (hey, thought it was a v6) and i got whopped baaaaaad

when the impala was new, they had a head to head with a supercharged bonneville SE (95'*) they where both about even till about 90, then the impala edged out. thats a newer 3.8 w/ a updated blower

face it dude, new minivans put down better numbers.

ok, im done, promise!

I wasn't talking about the ss, just a regular impala. I have kept up with one on the freeway and that was only a few weeks ago. I'm telling you right now that was the straw that broke the camels back, I'm done with all you guys that have harrassed me since the first day I got here, called me a BSter. I don't even care about being in this damn club anymore, because I thought it would be cool to see if people would actually respect me when other people weren't and you guys have the same car I do, you know u never really know about people until you really congregate with them, now I really know people and I don't like them at all.

dude, don't whine, grow up. maybe im the only one who'* going to say it, but where all thinking it. no one here wants anyone to leave, but you can't claim your car doing the things you say it does when there'* no way it can without getting crap. its life, its the way it goes.

im not going to add more fuel to the fire, but we all know a late 80;* early 90'* sedan is no match for a late 90'* early 00'* sedan. back in the day SHO'* where the benchmark of performance sedans, now, there mearly average, or a 'quick' car, no longer considered 'fast'. a 3.4 impala will take a 90 se, very easily off the line, from a role, even racing in reverse. hell, my car used to be considered pretty quick, now accords are faster.

if you like your car cool, if you think its fast, even better. but I like alot of other people it seems like WILL call BS on a bs claim, anywhere you go, on the internet or in the real world this is going to happen

yes, most of the people here do own or have owned the same car as you, which is why we're so quick to call bs, we know its capabilities. would you rather everyone just says "good kill' when they no its bs? would that help you sleep better and have more faith in the world? so im a bad person because i don't believe your car with 181,000 miles tons of stereo, and exhaust is faster than a newer version of your car that also has a supercharger? honestly is a better quality than lieing buddy
